The 97th Annual General Meeting of the Singapore Malayalee Hindu Samajam will be held on Sunday, 11 December 2022 at 9.30 am at Singapore Malayalee Association (“SMA”), 44 Race Course Road, Singapore 218558.

7. To consider and if approved, adopt the Annual Report of Samajam for the year ending 30 September 2022.
8. To consider and if approved, adopt the Audited Accounts of Samajam for the previous financial year ending 30 September 2022.
9. To elect the following officials in the Executive Committee (“EXCO”) under Article 11 of the Samajam’s Constitution:
a) President
b) Two Vice Presidents
c) Secretary
d) Two Assistant Secretaries
e) Treasurer
f) Assistant Treasurer
g) Six Committee members.
10. To appoint Internal Auditors under Article 21.1 of the Samajam Constitution
11.To appoint External Auditors under Article 21.4 of the Samajam Constitution
12.To appoint Legal Advisor/s under Article 22.2 of the Samajam’s Constitution
13. To appoint Board of Trustees (“BoT”) under Article 23.1 of the Samajam’s Constitution.
14. To consider any Resolutions for which at least 14 days’ notice in writing have been received by the Secretary, in accordance with the Samajam’s Constitution under Article 8.7.
